The flight to England was through Icelandair, whivh has flights directly from Seattle to Reykjavik and continuing on to Heathrow and other stops. The flight passed over the Canadian Rockies, the Northwest Territories and Greenland, creating an interesting effect when the sun just barely dipped below the horizon at sunset and then popped right back up again.
This shot was taken over the Icefields Parkway in the Rockies, I believe.
